Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Brandt New Co.! Because we offer a variety of products, your order may be created and shipped in different ways depending on what you purchase.

Processing Times

Handmade & Custom Items:
Items made or personalized by Brandt New Co. are created to order. Processing times will vary by product and will be listed on the individual product page.

Print-on-Demand Items:
Some of our products are made to order by our trusted print partners. Production and processing times may vary depending on the product and provider.

Dropshipped Items:
Select products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party supplier. Processing and delivery times may vary by supplier and destination.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided when available at checkout or on the individual product page. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available.

Orders May Arrive Separately

If your order contains products that are handmade by Brandt New Co. along with print-on-demand or supplier-fulfilled products, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Don't worry if everything doesn't show up in one box - your remaining items may still be on the way!

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been shipped.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
